1-Ingredient Banana Ice Cream

Do you like to end your meal with something sweet but hate that heavy bloated feeling that usually follows dessert? This light and easy dessert is guilt-free in every sense of the phrase: healthy, cheap and won’t waste your oh so valuable time.

Prep time: 2 hours
Cook time: 1 minute
Total time: 2 hours and 1 minute

Servings: 1

Ingredients:
1 ripe banana

Directions:
1. Chop ripe banana into 1/4 inch slices and freeze for at least 2 hours.
Note: Even fully brown overripe bananas work!

2. Blend frozen banana slices in a food processor or high speed blender for 45ish seconds.

Note: You may need to pause the blender and scoop down the sides several times. Do not over-blend!
